The daily register
One tap per student across present, late, absent and excused. Marks save instantly, with a full history, heatmap and per-student rate behind them.
Attendance, diagnostics, academic performance, Youth Parliament and AI & Computer Science — every student, one record, one place. Built for Al-Majeed Institute of Research Methodology and Innovation.
Each pillar stands on its own and rolls into a single Institute Index, so a tutor can see both the detail and the whole picture without leaving the page.
One tap per student across present, late, absent and excused. Marks save instantly, with a full history, heatmap and per-student rate behind them.
Six learning domains rated 0–5, with flags that name the follow-up — so a review ends in an action, not just a number.
Every assessment carries a weight, so a final exam counts for more than a quiz. Trends are fitted across recent marks, not guessed.
Schedule a sitting, allot students and the role each holds, then score the debate against a weighted six-criterion rubric.
Six skill areas rated 0–5, plus projects and milestones. Growth is measured from first review to latest.
An intervention list where every flag states its reason, plus CSV exports and printable student profiles for parent meetings.
Every figure the portal shows is derived in one place and documented. A missing value is recorded as unknown, never as zero — the difference decides who lands on the intervention list.
(present + late × weight) ÷ (present + late + absent)
Excused sessions are excluded from the denominator by default: an authorised absence is not truancy.
Σ(mark% × weight) ÷ Σ(weight)
A weighted mean, not a flat average — a 100-mark final and a 10-mark quiz are not the same evidence.
Σ(mark ÷ 10 × weight) ÷ Σ(weight) × 100
Normalised by the weights actually used, so the score stays a true percentage even if the rubric is retuned.
Σ(pillar × weight) ÷ Σ(weight of pillars with data)
Pillars with no data are dropped and the rest renormalised: nobody is scored against evidence that does not exist.
This portal holds real student personal data. It is worth being precise about what protects it — and what does not.
Access is limited to one Institute account. But the check runs in the browser, so it stops a colleague opening the URL — it does not stop someone with the device and developer tools.
Everything is stored in this browser, not on a server. Nothing is transmitted. Signing in does not encrypt the records, and signing out does not remove them.
Clearing the browser's site data erases every record permanently — there is no server copy. Download a backup from Settings regularly and store it somewhere safe.
Sign in with the Institute's authorised Google account. Any other account is refused and signed straight back out.
Restricted to the Institute's authorised account.
This portal holds student personal data, including names and guardian contact numbers. If you are not the authorised Institute account holder, close this page.
Records are stored in this browser on this device. Keep it locked, and take regular backups — clearing site data erases them permanently.
